Elizabeth Lopez is a distinguished professional with 11 years of service in the nonprofit sector and 18 years in social services. Her leadership spans diverse roles, demonstrating expertise in organizational management, program development, and compliance. A Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Leadership and an M.S. in the same field, her dissertation research focuses on perceived power bases and Authentic Leadership in nonprofits. As a co-founder of ELLAS Adelante, she is passionately dedicated to empowering Latina women to excel in leadership and professionalism. Lopez dedication to advocacy and mentorship extends to active involvement in various community associations and board membership.

Guadalupe Marquez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance, legal advocacy, organization and team management. Ms. Marquez has led national and international teams, driving key initiatives by employing business management best practices. Ms. Marquez has managed federal budgets and spearheads Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through Intersectionality framework initiatives, impacting organizational and statewide systemic changes in policies and practices. She holds a Master of Legal Studies (MLS)- Emphasis Non-Profit Law, expected to complete her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership in 2024, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) by 2025, she holds certifications in Project Management, Diversity & Inclusion, and Compliance.
